Since 1983 Hall Construction Ltd has been renovating, refurbishing and developing character properties using a team of highly skilled craftsmen; emulating the traditional of the past where possible, but maximising the advantages of today where practical.

Our flexible working methods enable us to work with you whatever your needs.  We can:

  • offer advise on future projects by suggesting design ideas and calculating preliminary budget costs

  • take full responsibility for the design and build of a project, producing plans to meet your design ideals, working to ensure the necessary permissions are granted (e.g. planning, building regulations, listed building consent) and bringing your project to life once the design is approved

  • give you a fixed price estimate based on designs that you already have and work alongside your architect, or manage the on-going project ourselves on your behalf.

  • Our managing director, Phillip Hall has been in the industry for over 40 years. Mr Hall deals personally with all enquiries from new and existing clients.  He has a keen involvement in all our projects and his experience and expertise help ensure that all our projects are managed and completed to the highest possible standards.

    In 1983 Phillip Hall decided to take the practical experience he had gained on site to the next level and founded Hall Construction Ltd.  One of the great strengths of Hall Construction Ltd is the practical expertise that Phillip Hall brings to the projects we undertake accompanied with his acute business acumen.
